Rak-stia Zra Ner (/rak/ /stja zra/ [shelf; rack] [vein]) is a subtropical Town located in Putusuqupe Zone, Jukepukohu Diocese, within the Covenent of Irus.

The name Rak-stia Zra Ner is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Rak-stia Zra Ner was founded by Khalvong Ghuvnaget, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Climate

Rak-stia Zra Ner was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1171, by Khalvong Ghuvnaget.
